To complete this process you will need the following information:
- Primary contact details
- Invoicing and delivery addresses
- ABN or ACN
- Registered business address
- Name, date of birth, phone number and address of the/a company director/owner
- Course name, institution and expected completion date for your current studies.
(which may be students and businesses)
- Qualification details, including a digital copy (scan or photograph) of your qualification certificate
- Details of professional registrations and membership including a digital copy (scan or photograph) of your professional membership or registration
