HOURS OF OPERATION

The hours of operation for the Customer Care team stated below are Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDST)

8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday (WA local time)

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed via myintegria.com, phone, fax or email.

Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made to that order, this includes adding items, removing items, changing quantities or pricing and amending the address.

Where additional items are needed after an order has been processed, a second order can be processed and is subject to all applicable freight and administration charges.

ORDER CUTOFF TIMES

All orders received before 11:00am EDST will be dispatched for same day shipment with the exception of WA where the order cut off is 12.30pm WA time.

DELIVERY SERVICE & TIMES

Customer orders, once received, will be processed and invoiced within 24 hours from either our Sydney or Perth warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the volume of customer orders received throughout the month, and can also be affected by seasonal periods and public holidays. Please see table below for expected delivery times.

TIME OF DELIVERY

All deliveries are undertaken by a variety of delivery drivers and may occur between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries require a signature at time of receipt. If you are not available during this time you will need to complete an authority to leave form.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

You must complete an authority to leave form (available from our Customer Care team) if no-one will be available to accept delivery of your order between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. This form will allow you to nominate a nearby address or a nominated place where your delivery can be left without a signature.

Please note: Integria Healthcare is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left unattended at or near your premises

CHILLED ORDERS

Cool boxes are used for items that may be affected by excessively high temperatures especially during the summer period. Orders for refrigerated items will NOT be dispatched on a Friday.

Note: Our chilled product ranges have been tested when exposed to ambient temperatures up to 1 month without affecting their shelf life. We have selected to utilize cool boxes and ice bricks to reduce excess exposure to high temperature conditions. We do not expect the ice bricks to remain in a frozen state upon receipt.

DANGEROUS GOODS

Due to our compliance to the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the Australian Code of Conduct for the Transport of Dangerous Goods no Dangerous Goods can be transported by Airfreight. Therefore orders containing Dangerous Goods may take additional time for delivery by road.

FREIGHT

Orders in excess of $250 excluding GST will be despatched freight free, orders under $250 excluding GST will attract a freight and administration charge of $12.00 excluding GST for all destinations within Australia.

Online orders placed via www.myintegria.com in excess of $175 excluding GST will be dispatched freight free, orders under $175 excluding GST will attract a freight and administration charge of $12.00 excluding GST for all destinations within Australia.

A priority delivery service is available on request, at an additional cost and to selected destinations. Please call our Customer Care team to discuss if you require a priority delivery and they will confirm additional costs prior to the order being processed. Requests for priority delivery are conditional and exclude chilled items and dangerous goods.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Items out of stock at the time of order are detailed at the end of each order invoice; or advised at the time of order for orders placed over the phone.

There are currently no automatic back-orders. A call back can be requested from our Customer Care team should you wish to be notified of products being returned to stock.

Orders for returned out of stock products are subject to all normal freight and administration charges.

CREDIT CLAIMS AND RETURN OF GOODS

Requests for credit claims must be made to Customer Care team within 3 working days following delivery of goods. Credit claims can be made by phone to our Customer Care team on 1300 654 336 or email to enquiries@integria.com.

Return of Goods:

Goods returned without prior authorization from Integria Healthcare will not be accepted. Once notified by the customer, Integria Healthcare Customer Care team will provide a goods return authorisation number and paperwork. This paperwork must accompany all returns to the location advised at the time of making the credit claim. Please do not send any goods to our Eight Mile Plains, QLD office.

Integria Healthcare will only accept goods that are:

  • In saleable condition with a goods return authorisation number attached
  • Returned to the correct Integria Healthcare location
  • Packaged securely: not damaged or soiled prior to or during the course of return
  • Not marked with store security or price tags

Credit claims for items being returned will be approved in accordance with the guidelines above on receipt of goods back at our Distribution Centres.

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items:

Unfortunately, these credit claims cannot be accepted. Where Integria Healthcare agrees to accept the return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, the return must be in line with the guidelines stated above, with the return at the cost to the customer.

STANDARD TERMS

Standard terms of trade are 30 days from date of invoice for customers who qualify for credit. Integria Healthcare reserves the right to change payment terms with 30 days notice to the customer. Payment must be made to terms less any amount in query. Integria Healthcare reserves the right to register retention of title interests over our goods against our Customer under the Personal Properties Securities Act 2009 and will confirm to the Customer if registration is made.

Items listed in the Integria Healthcare product catalogue that do not attract GST are indicated with a (#) next to each product description.

PRICE CHANGES

Price changes from suppliers may occur without notice. Please check invoices carefully.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment for immediate and credit account holders can be made via MyIntegria for open orders and invoices by MasterCard or Visa or by calling Accounts Receivable. Immediate account holders to pay at time of order (please ensure credit card details are available at time of order). Bank transfer / deposit is accepted by quoting your account number as a reference to ensure accurate allocation BSB 032 388 Account Number 133956. Cheques are not accepted.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

Integria Healthcare reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred in relation to the collection of any overdue debt. Integria Healthcare reserves the right to use a third party collection agency and legal representative.

NEW & EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Where a customer expects to purchase less than $2,000 of goods per annum, Integria Healthcare reserves the right to require payment prior to goods being dispatched.

PRACTITIONER ONLY

Integria Healthcare distributes a range of products and technical resources classified as 'Practitioner Only'. The Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and industry regulations determine which persons are eligible to access products and technical resources in this category.
